The Rosemary Lane Townhouses couldn’t be any closer to the UNH campus. Wake up, walk out your front door, and you’ll be facing the University of New Hampshire’s Paul College of Business and Economics. Just past the Paul College you will be at the hub of UNH in the Memorial Union Building. The Rosemary Lane Townhouses are also just steps from downtown Durham, truly making its location the best option for students.

 

 

Parking is not offered at the Rosemary Lane property. If you need to have a car we do offer tenants parking at our Dennison Road and Davis Court parking lots on a first come first serve basis. Please call us for more information regarding our parking options.

Being a newly constructed building which is rare to student housing the Rosemary Lane Townhouses offer a premier student housing experience. Starting in the basement allowing for extra living room space, storage, in unit washer and dryers, and half bath then continuing upstairs to your fully furnished living room including a couch, dining room table, two refrigerators and a modern kitchen. As you make your way up to the second floor  you will be brought to the first two, fully furnished, bedrooms with full bathrooms attached to each. Continuing up to the next flight of stairs you will arrive at the other two shared bedrooms. With quality student housing, and spectacular views of the UNH campus, the Rosemary Lane Townhouses truly provide the ideal student housing experience.

FAQ’s

Leases run 12 months from June 10 through the end of the school year (ending in May). Apartments are rented on an individual basis rather than by apartment. Tenants often have the option to renew their lease for the following school year.

 

The first step is to complete a lease application. You can apply in person at our leasing office located at 21 Madbury Road, along with emailing our office at leasing@goldengooseproperties.com or calling 603-452-7030.

We make it easy to pay your rent. Most tenants use our online resident portal that can be accessed by clicking the Resident link on our homepage. Rent can also be paid by check or money order in person or through the mail. Rent is due on the 1st each month and is considered late after the 4th.

Your lease includes rent, heat, hot-water, in-unit laundry, A/C, Internet, fully furnished housing and cable TV. You are just responsible for electricity.

Each resident in an apartment signs an individual lease that is co-signed by a parent or guardian over age 18. By signing an individual lease, students become responsible only for their own rent. If a roommate should leave the apartment, your remain responsible for only your student’s rent.

The Rosemary Lane Townhouses are located directly next to the Paul College of Business and economics, giving you next to campus housing, along with being steps from downtown Durham. The Rosemary Lane Townhouses address is, 22 Rosemary Ln, Durham, NH.

Many students use bicycles so we have room outdoors or on porches  for bikes.  However, bikes are not allowed in the apartments without permission.
