How do I apply for a lease?
You can apply online, or in person at our leasing office located at 17 Madbury Road. Feel free to email our office at email@example.com or call 603-452-7030 to start the application process early.
What does rent include?
Your lease includes rent, heat, hot water, window AC units, in-unit coin-operated laundry, internet, and cable TV. Plus, fully furnished bedrooms, living, and dining areas!
How to make rent payments?
We make it easy to pay your rent. Most tenants use our online resident portal. Rent can also be paid by check or money order in person or through the mail at 17 Madbury Road. Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late after the 4th.
What’s the advantage of an individual lease?
Each resident signs an individual lease that is co-signed by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. By signing an individual lease, you become responsible for your own rent, even if a roommate should end their lease early.
What are the parking options?
Because the Rosemary Townhouses are right next to the University and Downtown, there’s no need for a car for day-to-day use. There is no on-property parking for residents. We have a limited amount of parking spaces available within a 2-5 minute walk or quick shuttle ride on a first-come first-serve basis for an additional fee.
What if your student doesn’t have roommates lined up?
Not a problem! We can help match you up with other compatible students. View our remaining bed availability here, or contact our leasing office directly by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 603-452-7030.
Where is the property located?
The Rosemary Lane Townhouses couldn’t be any closer to the UNH campus. Wake up, walk out your front door, and you’ll be facing the University of New Hampshire’s Paul College of Business and Economics. Just past the Paul College you will be at the hub of UNH in the Memorial Union Building. The Rosemary Lane Townhouses are also just steps from downtown Durham, truly making its location the best option for students.
